Byron founded Seafood Express with his wife Susan 32 years ago, built on a simple promise — bring the Central Valley genuinely fresh seafood and treat every customer like a neighbor.

Three decades later he is still the one watching what comes into the case, making sure the crab is the freshest around and that regulars get exactly what they drove across town for.
